ASAP Full-Time Kindergarten English Teacher (Homeroom Position)
Location: Shenzhen, Futian District

Job Responsibilities:
Teach English to 3-year-old children, with 15-20 students per class
Work alongside two teaching assistants and one head teacher
Design and implement English language courses
Conduct English lessons and engage in after-school communication with parents
Lead outdoor activities and participate in collective kindergarten events
Attend training sessions related to English teaching
Hold parent-teacher meetings once a semester
Participate in enrollment activities and research meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years of English teaching experience (Kindergarten experience preferred)
Native English speaker from Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, or Singapore
Female candidates preferred
Must pass an initial online interview with the manager and HR, followed by an in-person interview at the kindergarten
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: Basic salary + teaching salary + full housing allowance = ¥18,000 - ¥24,000 per month
Annual Bonus: Excellence bonus discussed during the interview
