International Cultural Exchange Opportunity: Be an Au Pair in China
Our Au Pair Program was established in 2019 in Xi'an as an educational and cultural exchange program with a strong emphasis on childcare. Just come and become an au pair in Xi'an! You can have the chance to feel cultural exchange, and improve your teaching methods.
Au Pair Requirements
• Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years old
• Be a non-Chinese citizen
• Not be married
• Nor have children or be pregnant
• Love children and have childcare experience
• Speak fluent English
• Have no criminal background
• Have completed secondary school (high school or equivalent)
• Be in good health
• Be able to spend at least 3 months in the China
Au Pair Benefits
• Pocket money: Monthly around 2000 RMB living allowance from your host family.
• Support: Monthly home visit service (online for non-Xi'an au pairs, in-person for Xi'an au pairs).
• Travel: Enjoy traveling in China after finishing the au pair program
• Insurance: Receive Accident and Medical Insurance coverage.
• Education: Study Chinese for at least 6 hours per week. A Chinese language study certificate will be awarded upon program completion.
• Holiday: 3 month (3 travel days); 6 month ( 5 free days); 12 month (7 free days)
• Visa: Your visa expenses are fully covered.
• Flight Ticket: The cost of your outbound flight is reimbursed upon program completion.
• Internship Certificate: Receive a certificate recognizing your internship experience after program completion.
• Project Completion Bonus: A special bonus provided upon successful completion of the program.
