Essential Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Equivalent:

A degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching certification.
Experience:

Proven experience in teaching EYFS, ideally with children aged 3-5 years old.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in a classroom setting.
Experience with assessment methods for EYFS and tracking children’s development.
Skills and Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them grow and develop.
Desirable Qualifications:
Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or a similar relevant qualification.
