Content Strategy Specialist R&R

Role and Impact:

Content Creation: Plan, produce, and publish high-quality, relevant content (written, visual, and video) that aligns with our brand and goals, for the US market. 

Content Creation Execution: 

Draft and deliver video content script using AI tools based on content strategy and experience.

Work directly with video editors to deliver detailed video content aligned with content strategy, especially on KOC content and feedflow ads content creation.

Content Calendar: Maintain and execute a detailed content calendar to schedule, produce, and post content consistently.

Trend Detection: Research viral social media trends and apply to latest content creation

Additional Marketing Efforts: Manage projects such as content creation, content editing, and branded content to support broader marketing goals.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, especially TikTok 

Proven ability to develop and maintain successful short video content.

Creative and analytical capability. 

Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Fluent Mandarin is mandatory.
