Hindi/Indonesian/Vietnamese Local Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints in Hindi/Indonesian/Vietnamese on WhatsApp and Zalo groups. Be the Community Manager in WhatsApp/Zalo groups.
2. APP Administrator: Manage activities in the app for the India/Indonesia/Vietnam regions, including but not limited to monitoring, interacting with users, resolving user issues, identifying abnormalities and reporting them to the official team in a timely manner, and assisting in creating a healthy ecosystem.
3. High-Value User Maintenance: Assist the official team in contacting, maintaining, and interviewing high-value users (big spenders).
4. Regional Research: Regularly assist the official team in conducting regional hot topic research, and provide ideas for localized events and marketing.
5. Other Tasks: Handle other tasks assigned by the official team.
Job Requirements:
1. Language Requirements
-Must be a native speaker of Hindi, Indonesian, or Vietnamese
-Second language must be English, with the ability to use English as a working language for daily communication.
2. Time Requirements
-Available 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
-Respond promptly during working hours.
3. Work Experience:
-Prior customer service experience is preferred.
-Voice chat room user, experience with voice chat rooms or entertainment apps is a plus.
4. Personality:
-Outgoing, enthusiastic, empathetic, and enjoys communicating with users.
