Position：Not Homeroom Teacher,Only Teach English lesson
Class Size：20 kids
Student Age：3-6 years old(Mix Age)
Salary：16000-18，000 Before Tax included housing allowane
Working Hours:
08:00-12:00
14:00-17:10
8 hours a day, 5 working days a week
No more than 40 working hours per week.(Teach 4-5 lesson per day ,each lesson 25-30minutes )
Qualifications:
1. Native and Non-Native English Speaker .
2. Bachelor‘s degree or above, relevant educational qualification certificate is preferred.
3. At least two-years teaching experience with young kids from 2-6 years old.
4. Familiarity with theories of constructivism, sociocultural theory, culturally responsive pedagogy, etc is desired
5. Enjoy staying with kids, energetic, patient, responsible.
6. Prefer be able to teach phonics
7. Eligible for work visa.
Responsibilities:
1.Demonstrate an understanding of curriculum and the needs of students by providing relevant learning experiences.
2. Manage classroom procedures and student behavior.
3. Create an environment of respect and collaboration.
4.Document students’ learning and assess students to improve teaching and learning.
5.Participate in school-wide teaching activities.
6. Support for and communication with parents.
