Hello!
My name is Remco. I am 43 years old and I come from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
In my daily life I am an enthusiastic Art and Crafts teacher who like to create new ideas and inspire students to be creative in words and on the paper. Besides working as a teacher I like to play sports: basketball and volleyball are my favorites. Reading a book, watching a movie or a series on television or in the cinema are after practicing sports one of the things I like to do.
Since I was young student I loved to draw cartoons especially dragons and spider-man. The love for art came when I was visiting a museum about clockworks (hurdy-gurdies) in Utrecht. I was fascinated by the beauty of the clockworks and the way how they were build up. From that time my interest for art grew bigger and bigger.
My passion for education started during my time on the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design where studied for teacher in Fine Arts. I learned how to create new ideas and the different disciplines for example sculpting, drawing and painting made me enthusiastic to learn more about fine art.
Have enough patience to pursue your dreams and goals; in the end you will reach them, that is one of my mottos in life!
