【Training Center ESL Teacher】

Location: Jinan, Shandong province
Job Description
• Students Age: 3-16 years old
• Class Size: 16, with Chinese co-teachers
• Lesson Length: 1 to 1.5 hours /class
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, including 20 to 25 teaching hours
• Work days: Wednesday to Sunday
Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate teaching techniques and strategies;
• Provide the lessons that is consistent and coordinated with the school program so as to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets;
• Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an orderly and productive classroom environment ;
• Oversee assigned out -of-classroom activities as needed, include but not restricted to events, demos, workshops and etc .;
• Other works and responsibilities from the supervisor;

Requirements:
