- Class size: 8 – 14 Students per class
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (including teaching and office hours)
- Office hours: normal or no office hours when handle 7 group classes
- Teaching hours: basic 20 teaching-hours (about 15-16 hours) per week, when
you have more classes, it will rise.
- Class hour:
1 regular class = 2 teaching-hours (2 lessons, 1 lesson=40 mins)
1 demo class = 1.5 teaching-hours (90 mins)
1 activity class = 1 teaching-hour (Opening Ceremony etc.) (60 mins)
1 outdoor class = 1.5 teaching-hours (60 mins)
1 half-day class = 4 teaching-hours (4 lessons, 1 lesson=40 mins)
1 all-day class = 6 teaching-hours (5 lessons, 1 lesson=40 mins)
- Provided teaching materials: Textbook, Lesson plan templates, Activities
book, Story books, Multimedia devices, Best Learning App/Software
- Holidays: 2 days off every week, all Chinese national holidays, 2 weeks paid
winter holidays, 2 weeks unpaid summer holidays.
- Vacation time: When we work more than 40 hours/week, all the extra hours
will be calculated as your vacation time. You can use this to cover your
personal leaves.
Incomes:
- Monthly basic salary: 20K+
- Monthly housing allowance: RMB 3,000
- Extra teaching-hour bonus: RMB 70/extra hour (more than 80 teaching
hours/month)(It might be 1,000 – 3,000, depends on teaching-hours)
- Demo sign-up bonus: RMB 100 for every successful enrolled student
- Additional Bonus:
RMB 3,000 for taking 7 regular (group) classes
RMB 4,000 for taking 8 regular (group) classes
